Good Value Mini Hotel Pham Ngu Lao

Great value for money Mini Hotel- Rooms Rates go down as you climb the stairs (Street Level rooms are approximately US$17 night) 3rd/4th Floor are approximately $14USD.

No Breakfast, but then again most hotels in this price range only offer Bread Egg + Coffee.

Rooms are big, bathrooms are ok, beds normal Asian hard. The Linen is of dubious quality.

But Fan + Aircon is more important (Our room had both)
