Hey, I see on your website that you don't mention diving in Nha Trang. It is certainly not a "budget" activity but it is so much cheaper than anywhere else in the world!
I suggest you make a little note about Rainbow Divers ; ) who are the best, most professional and the safest. Not the cheapest but sometimes it is not all about budget I think!
